"Reign of Satire?" you say, "What in the world is that?" Well I'm glad you asked! Actually, I'm not glad at all, because it's a very long story which will take a long time to type.

Basically, RoS is a custom map for the PC game, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. It is a project which began around January 2004, but has since gone on an indefinite hiatus. The full credits for the game include (in no particular order): Gamecube411, Magnum12, Hacker Cool, Cyborg99, Flamethisuser, Kamikaze Bob, Shirt Ninja, CMK TacTican, and IcySorc.
